Refund policy
Returns: There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned items. Returns must be within 30 days of date of invoice. Items returned in used, damaged or compromised condition will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No shipping costs will be refunded on returns.
Exchanges: Customer will need to contact 18 Series LLC for an RMA. Customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs that are incurred. Exchanges must be within 30 days of date of invoice.
Limited Warranty: 18 Series LLC warrants its’ products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and manufacturing for a period of 30 days from purchase. 18 Series LLC makes no other warranties of any kind or condition including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You buy it and break it, wreck it, or loose it - we are sorry, but this is not a warranty issue.
